1. Deactivation Period

When you request deletion, your account will be deactivated for 30 days.

• Do not log in during this period.
• If you log in, the deletion request will be canceled. After 30 days, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted.

2. Data Deletion & Retention

• Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized, making it no longer identifiable.
• Some information (like transaction records) will be retained for a legally required period (typically 5–7 years) to comply with data privacy and financial regulations.

3. Anonymization

Data that must be retained will be stripped of personal identifiers and stored solely for:

• Audit purposes
• Fraud prevention
• Regulatory reporting
